For safety and hygiene reasons soaps cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.  All sales are final.  If there is a problem with your order please email us with photos and a description at thesoappastry@gmail.com and we will do our best to rectify the problem.  Please understsand that all our soaps are beautifully unique and will slightly vary in shape, color, and size.

All shipping prices are automatically determined by the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or Fedex.  Once your order is shipped, a shipping label will be sent via email.  Once your shipping label is printed, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
