 Shipping Policy
We aim for perfection in the products we hand make and in the service we provide.  Please understand that everything is handmade with love, and we take our time and pride ourselves in quality over quantity.  Please allow items to ship within 7-14 business days.   Orders are shipped through USPS, and it is no longer our responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are dropped off.  ALL claims must be filed through USPS.  Please take your time to put in your correct address during checkout.  If your address is invalid, you will get refunded.  If your package is sent back and you want us to ship it again, there will be a $10.00 shipping fee.

 

Refund Policy

For safety and hygiene reasons soaps cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.  All sales are final.  If there is a problem with your order, please email us with photos and a description at thesoappastry@gmail.com and we will do our best to rectify the problem.  Please understand that all our soaps are beautifully unique and will slightly vary in shape, color, and size.
